Mike came to assist with getting our furnace started. When we explained that it was working fine until we turned off the system because pest control did some dusting in the attic where the furnace is located. The furnace never started up again. Mike knew immediately what to do. He found that the switch was turned off by mistake when pest control was spraying the attic!
This is the second time Mike has done a service call to our home. We have found him knowledgeable, professional and most important, honest. A rarity so often missing in other companies. Our compliments and praise go out to Mike and to Snappy for having this exceptional technician in their employment.

Both techs Brian & Thomas came today to install new furnace and a/c unit, couldn’t be happier with the professional service and knowledge both provided. The job details were provided before it was started confirmed reasonable competitive pricing beforehand and went over all details after the job was completed. Braden Bond from snappy services came out today to fix an outlet for me. He was such a kind person. Very knowledgeable and had a great personality he explained to me what was going on in words that I could understand. So I want to thank Brayden very much for all his great knowledge and being a super person. He also had a gentleman with him by the name of Ben that he was training and he also had a great personality I would definitely recommend snappy services for electrical, plumbing, heating, air, and water filtration.

We had a new water heater, Halo Water Filtration System and garbage disposal installed today. Chris, the plumber, and Eddie, the electrician, both did an awesome job. They were both professional and very personable. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions we had.
